I’m a second-year college student from Seneca@york studying as a graphic designer. I am here to reflect on my learning and understanding of a business summer course that I took over these past few months. On this blog site that I have created, I did 4 out of 5 business samples of different modules that I learned from this course. Here are four business samples that I did, and they all represent important information on how it can be like in a business.

2. FAULTY GARAGE DOOR GOODWILL RESPONSE ( MODULE 3 )
Dear, Fellow costumer
My name is Danyel Encarnacion. I am a representative of the Garage door Company. I have read your response to our company of an issue of installing your new garage door and opener, Correct? And both of them didn’t close or entirely appropriately locked? You also said you under warranty. I will speak to the company staff to rearrange a schedule for you as soon as possible to get the lock and garage door fixed.
I sincerely apologize for the issue we have caused. We will do everything that we can to fix the problem, and don’t worry, your garage door and lock will be as good as new.
Sincerely,
the representative of the Garage door Company
3. PROPOSAL TO SENECA COLLEGE FOR THE REMOVAL OF DEAD TREES ( module 5)
To: Seneca College
My name is Danyel Encarnacion, and I work as an arborist and a landscaping service. I visited an open house event at your Campus last summer, and when I was walking around and observing, I notice many dead trees in the area. Since dead trees are both unsightly and potentially hazardous, I would like to offer a proposal to you to get rid of them for you. I would gladly discuss with your fellow staff and work on the issue together on how to get rid of the dead trees in your area at the Seneca campus.
Sincerely,
Danyel Encarnacion
4. WRITING A BLOG ABOUT “HOW TO WRITE A BLOG “ MODULE 8
HOW TO WRITE A BLOG
BY : Danyel Elyn Encarnacion

Do you ever wonder how to write a blog? And don’t know where to start ?
Here are some key points and some research that I found on how to write a blog, and why it is great for business as well.
Number one: PLANNING
Every time you start writing a blog, you always brainstorm on what type of blog you are about to do, for instance, choosing a topic, creating an outline, having research and facts and also select a topic that interests you.
Number two: WRITING A GREAT HEADLINE
The key point to writing a great blog is writing a headline that is also informative that catches the audience’s attention to make them want to read your blog.
Number Four : THE USAGE OF IMAGES
Using images on your post enhances your post and improves its connection to the information you placed. Images are made for breaking up the text. Mostly when people read a blog post, they would scan through it. It’s better to put pictures to represent the info than putting information with too much detail. It makes it much easier for the reader/ audience to read it.
Number 5: Final editing your blog ( most important )
The most important part when writing a blog is the last-minute editing. Editing is one of the essential key points of blogging. Before posting anything, remember to double-check if there are any repetitions, grammar mistakes, missed spellings, and run-on sentences. Read your blog aloud to know if it makes any sense or has someone read for you.
Bonus: Interesting information about writing blogs
During my research, I found some interesting info about why writing blogs is essential when doing business or blogging for personal use.
Writing blogs can manage your online identity and build trust; you learn new experiences and improve your writing skills. For students or even adults who like to blog or do blogging for a living. ( for example, building your website or working for a business company)
Writing blogs can improve your creativity and thinking to develop unique and original content, solves problems, express perspective, personality skills in designing headers, layouts and so on. Regular writing can sharpen the brain’s performance. It helps develop more ideas, content, thoughts anything you want.
In conclusion, writing blogs is great for business because blogging expresses who you are and what you are capable of when showing the skills that you inherit to the people around you. But remember working for a business always stay professional when writing a blog.
